Sales & Marketing Manager

- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and consumer behavior to develop strategic sales and marketing plans.
- Engage with modern trade and online channels to promote visibility and achieve volume targets
- Provide guidance and support to the sales and marketing team to ensure the successful execution of strategies.
- Have good knowledge of digital marketing strategy and analytical tools
- Manage and promote sales manage existing and new customers to increase revenues.
- Planning and monitoring, supervising, consulting, sales and marketing activities
- Responsible for supporting guidelines to team to achieve sales target including spending control.
- Strengthen the relationship with customers, be able to convince and negotiate at high level perspective.
- Analyze reports and data to identify opportunities and align sales plan & modern trade objectives, with brand strategy and company policy.
- Has to achieve sales target, increase gross margin and market share for company.
- Understand customer needs and communicate expectations by coordinating with sales and marketing teams to meet the needs of customers.
- Full volume and P & L responsibility including effective negotiation for each key accounts
- Drive sales to support marketing plans and create new projects.
- Provide marketing media plans for the media store as well as various promotions for the stores that sell the products.
- Conduct annual performance evaluations and set targets for the sales and marketing staff to drive continuous improvement.
- Together with support of Marketing, define and present to Managing Director for approval objectives, strategies and action plan for customers (profit, volume, pricing, discounts, promotions and service levels) in order to maximize company’s share of customer business.
- Regularly report sales performance, market insights, and strategic initiatives to the Managing Director.
- Age 35-40 years
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Have management experience at least 5 years as Sales and Marketing Assistant Manager
- Excellent written and spoken English skills.
- Excellent strategic planning and analytical skills.
- Able to use MS Office
- Demonstrated ability to develop and implement successful sales and marketing strategies.
- Proven leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate others.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Results-driven mindset with a focus on achieving targets and driving continuous improvement.
