We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as an Assistant Manager Customer Quality Engineering. As an Assistant Manager Customer Quality Engineering, you will be responsible for overseeing the quality management process and providing guidance and support to the customer quality engineering team. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, manufacturing, and customer service, to drive continuous improvement efforts and resolve any quality-related issues that arise. Additionally, you will develop and implement quality control processes, analyze customer feedback and product performance data, and collaborate with suppliers to ensure that they meet our quality standards.
To succeed in this role, you must have a strong background in quality engineering, with a thorough understanding of industry standards and best practices. You should possess excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and address potential quality issues before they impact our customers. Strong leadership and communication skills are also crucial, as you will be responsible for guiding and mentoring a team of customer quality engineers.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the quality management process and ensure adherence to industry standards and regulations
- Provide guidance and support to the customer quality engineering team
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement efforts
- Develop and implement quality control processes and procedures
- Analyze customer feedback and product performance data to identify areas for improvement
- Collaborate with suppliers to ensure that they meet our quality standards
- Lead investigations into customer complaints and product failures, and develop and implement corrective actions
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field
- Proven experience in customer quality engineering within the Electrical/Electronic Manufacturing industry
- At least 5 years experiences in HDD industry
- Thorough understanding of industry standards and regulations
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work
- Knowledge of quality control processes and tools
- 12 – 15 days of Annual Leave
- 5 routes of Transportation Support (Air-conditioned coaches)
