It has been more than a decade that SYS has grown and developed into the largest hot-rolled structural steel producer in Thailand with a vision to be a leader in the ASEAN region.
SYS was established in 1992 as a joint venture between Yamato Kogyo Co., Ltd., Mitsui & Co. (Thailand) Ltd.,Sumitomo Corporation (Thailand) Co.,Ltd. and the Siam Cement Co., Ltd with a capital investment of more than 6,500 million baht. Using state of the art technology, SYS can produce quality structural steel conforming to both Thai and international standards with a capacity of 650,000 mt per annum in Mapthaput Industrial Estate, Rayong, SYS can virtually replace all imported structural steel and consequently saving significant outflow of money from the country

In addition, our warehouse in Ban Bueng, Chonburi can efficiently facilitate our domestic customers. Altogether including our head office in Bangkok,
SYS has additional factory in Hemaraj Industrial Estate also in Rayong province, closed to the existing factory. This factory is aimed at enhancing SYS position as the leading manufacturer of hot rolled structural steel in Thailand and also in oversea market.
