Patra House and Property Co., Ltd. was established in 1993 under the name Patrakadee Land Co., Ltd. (a subsidiary of Pharnivej Group). In August 2003, the company changed its name to Patra House and Property Co., Ltd. The main objective of establishing the company was to list it on the Stock Exchange of Thailand. Patra House and Property Co., Ltd. became a public company limited on March 22, 2005.
