เจ้าหน้าที่ Order/SAP
Thai Union Manufacturing Co.,Ltd.• สร้าง New Customer Master และตรวจสอบข้อมูลเบื้องต้นในระบบ
• จัดเก็บไฟล์เอกสาร Memo ที่เกี่ยวข้องกับ Customer Master และ Regulation
• ตรวจสอบข้อมูลของลูกค้า กับข้อมูลในระบบ ได้แก่ ชื่อลูกค้า / Material Master / Term of Payment / Brand / Route (Destination) / การบรรจุสินค้าเข้าตู้คอนเทรนเนอร์ / Requirement ของลูกค้า / กฎการนำเข้าของประเทศปลายทาง และข้อมูลอื่นๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้อง
• ตรวจสอบ Term of Payment ให้เป็นไปตามนโยบายการขาย
• ทำการเปิด Order ในระบบ และตรวจสอบข้อมูลเบื้องต้น
• ส่ง Order Confirmation ให้กับ PIC และ Marketing Manager เพื่อลงนามในเอกสาร และลง Log Book
• ตรวจสอบและ Running Number ของ Order (บริษัทในเครือฯ นอก SAP)
• แก้ไขข้อมูลของ Order ตาม Memo ลงในระบบ และตรวจสอบความเกียวข้องของข้อมูลที่จะต้องทำการแก้ไขกับเงื่อนไขอื่นๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้อง
• ดำเนินการแก้ไข จัดทำเอกสาร และประสานงานกับผู้เกี่ยวข้องเพื่อการแก้ไขปัญหาที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการแก้ไข Order เช่น Credit Debit Note Request / ยกเลิก-ติด Status / แก้ไขสกุลเงิน / เปิด Order ใหม่ แจ้งเลขที่เอกสาร Order ใหม่, Credit / Debit Note request ให้ฝ่ายที่เกี่ยวข้อง
• ตรวจสอบ Document Flow เพื่อหาเบอร์ C/I และดำเนินงานที่เกี่ยวข้องกับงาน Return Order ในระบบ SAP
• รวมทั้งงานอื่นๆ ที่ได้รับมอบหมายจากผู้บังคับบัญชา
- วุฒิปริญญาตรี สาขาบริหารธุรกิจการตลาด หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- สามารถใช้คอมพิวเตอร์ MS Office (Word, Power Point, Excel) ได้ดี
- มีทักษะไหวพริบ ในการทำงาน
- มีความละเอียดรอบคอบในการทำงาน กล้าแสดงออก และมีความมั่นใจในระดับเบื้องต้นในการปฏิบัติงาน
- มีความรู้ความสามารถในฟัง พูด อ่าน และเขียน ภาษาอังกฤษได้ดี
- หากมีประสบการณ์ทางด้านสายงาน และเคยใช้ระบบ SAP จะรับพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
