Responsibilities
- Responsible for recruitment activities for monthly & daily employee
- Attract applicants through job advertisements, recruitment agencies, job sites, job fairs, universities and community services
- Define applicant qualifications and evaluate candidates by interviewing and verifying references then comparing with qualifications to job requirements
- Improve organization attractiveness by recommending new practices, monitoring job offers, benefits and welfares
- Manage employee information in HR system and provide headcount report and movement report
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Management or related fields
- At least 1 year of experience in recruitment, with preference given to candidates who have experience in an industrial environment involving high-volume recruitment of operational workers.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint)
- Good command of English (written and spoken)
- Recruiting and interviewing skills with good analytical skill
- Strong leadership, problem solving and interpersonal skills
- Self-starter, professionalism and project management skills
- Good team player and support workplace diversity
- Staff training and development
- Per diem
- 5-day work week
