- Handle Customer Service tasks related to Sea Export/Import.
- Manage bookings with shipping lines/agents and prepare Booking Confirmations for customers.
- Prepare B/L documents, cost estimations, and issue invoices to customers.
- Prepare documents for D/O (Delivery Order) release.
- Send PRE-ALERT and Debit Note/Credit Note to overseas agents.
- Perform other tasks related to export/import operations.
- Coordinate and communicate effectively with internal and external parties.
* Age: 23-35
* Education: Vocational Certificate (High Vocational Certificate) or higher
* At least 0–3 years of relevant experience
* Good communication skills
* Quick thinking and problem-solving ability
* High sense of responsibility
* Able to work well in a team
* Intermediate level of English proficiency
* Chinese communication skills are an advantage (Certification : HSK 5)
