- Demand forecasting: Analyzing historical data, market trends, and customer demand patterns to accurately forecast future demand for products or materials.
- Inventory management: Monitoring and controlling inventory levels to ensure optimal stock levels are maintained, avoiding excess or shortage situations. This involves tracking inventory turnove
- Production planning: Collaborating with production teams to create production plans that align with demand forecasts. This includes determining the required production capacity, scheduling production activities
- Collaboration and coordination: Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, operations, and logistics, to ensure alignment between supply planning activities and overall business objectives. Coordinating activities with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of supply plans.
- Risk assessment and mitigation: Identifying potential risks and vulnerabilities in the supply chain Developing strategies and contingency plans to mitigate these risks and maintain continuity of supply.
- Data analysis and reporting: Collecting and analyzing supply chain data to identify trends, bottlenecks, and areas for improvement.
- Collaboration and coordination: Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, operations, and logistics, to ensure alignment between supply planning activities to ensure smooth execution of supply plans.
- Continuous improvement: Identifying opportunities for process improvements and implementing best practices to enhance supply chain efficiency, reduce costs, and increase customer satisfaction. Staying updated with industry trends.
- Software and systems utilization: Utilizing supply chain management software and systems to facilitate data analysis, demand planning, inventory management, enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems and other relevant tools is often required.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Logistics, Supply Chain, Statistics, Food Science, or any related field.
- At least 3 years’ experience in food manufacturing.
- Experience in demand & supply planning of manufacturing will be advantage.
- Good in communication, teamwork, negotiation, leadership, organization, confident and ability to work under pressure.
- Strong analytical skills, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Process a good skill in Computer (MS-Excel, MS-Power Point, ERP/MS-Dynamic).
- Food Safety & Food Quality System Knowledge is preferred
- Good command in English
- Able to work at Samut Sakhon.
