Terminal Manager

• Stock control of fuel product and additive for operation use and comply with legal requirement.
• Operate terminal by coordinating with Distribution with no disruption.
• Establish operating procedure or guideline for critical activities to support company’s HSE and government requirement.
• Coordinate with local government agencies for company-related activities to ensure smooth operation while maintain good relationship.
• Ensure all facilities, operations and activities occurred in the terminal comply with company and regulatory requirement.
• Maintain all Equipments and facilities to be in good and reliable condition by creating inspection and maintenance programs as necessary with good record keeping.
• Prepare necessary reports required by company’s Accounting.
• Prepare government reports and submit to Excise.
• Sustain good housekeeping inside the terminal
• Coordinate and maintain good relationship with adjacent terminals and neighborhoods for cooperative synergies
• Maximize terminal’s asset utilization as company’s interest.
• Maintain good control system of documentation for audit interest.
• Ensure subordinates understand and strictly follow company’s HSE guideline, Core Values and other policies.
• Properly handle proprietary PTTRM information as policy guideline.

Basic Purpose/Accountabilities:

• Coordinate with OR Distribution function for product receiving into terminal from Thappline Terminal.
• Arrange and organize product ordering by coordinating with OR Distribution function with no disruption.
• Manage and monitor product stock at appropriate level with regulatory compliance.
• Coordinate with local government functions in order to comply with all regulatory requirements.
• Maintain terminal’s equipment integrity at high standard and reliable conditions.
• Perform terminal operation such as product loading in conjunction with commercial and distribution strategies.
• Be a training center for carrier drivers and truck inspection.
• Strictly commit to company’s Core Values, HSE, Business Ethics and other policies.

• Engineering degree or technical background.
• 3-4 years in oil industry experience, especially terminal related is essential.
• Good English communication.
• Good computer skills.
• Position is in Saraburi-based work
