Air Freight Customer Service Officer (Sukhumvit 42 Office)
TVS SCS LOGISTICS MANAGEMENT CO., LTD.- Coordinate all Sea and Air Freight activities, including booking, documentation, billing and shipment tracking.
- Communicate on daily basis with Shipping Lines, Airlines, Clients, Sales and Oversea Agent Offices.
- Ensure correct billing and costing after shipment departure.
- Maintain accurate records of export transactions, documentation and shipment details.
- Resolve issues or discrepancies that may arise during the export process, such as documentation errors, vessel delays or customs issues.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with Clients.
- Keep always update rate at all time on file and system, get more negotiating with carrier for best competitive rate.
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics or related field.
- 2-5 years of experience in Forwarding industry (preferred).
- Strong communication skills, problem-solver, able to work under pressure.
- Good command in spoken and written English.
- Good knowledge for Freight forwarder business.
