Odoo Consultant

• Conduct discovery sessions with clients and stakeholders. 
• Analyze business processes to identify pain points and automation opportunities. 
• Deliver customized Odoo product demos that highlight value and practicality.

Design and Propose Solutions 

• Develop scalable, cost-effective solutions aligned with client goals. 
• Define project scopes and timelines with clear business outcomes. 
• Collaborate with the sales team to support pre-sales activities and close deals.

Drive Value and Innovation 

• Recommend improvements in client operations using Odoo. 
• Stay updated on Odoo’s latest features and trends to provide innovative solutions.

What You'll Need 

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing Technology, IT, Engineering, or a related field. 
• Strong understanding of key business processes: Sales, Inventory, Accounting, CRM, Procurement, and Manufacturing. 
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and work across various industries. 

• Proven experience in Odoo pre-sales or functional consulting. 
• Demonstrated success in closing ERP projects with compelling presentations and proposals.

Bonus If You Have 

• Hands-on experience in Odoo implementation projects. 
• Odoo Functional Certification.
• Industry experience in B2B, manufacturing, or services.
• Basic technical knowledge of IT code (Python) and Odoo’s architecture.
