- Create a new employee introduction plan and course
- Conduct training within the organization, and coordinate the sending of staff to external training
- Control, record, and store training documentation / report
- Coordinate the overseas training of corporate staff
- Planning and coordinating internships
- Coordinate documentation related to the annual post adjustment of employees below M1 (operation level)
- Conduct training evaluations and monitor evaluation results
- Conduct the certification of the training course as required by law
