- Prepare and review agreement contracts for company business in Thai and/or English version.
- • Draft and review all legal documents in Thai and/or English version.
- • Provide advise on legal matters to management and all departments
- • Keep and maintain important documents of the company.
- • Contact and coordinate with the government sector.
- • Male / Female 25 Years old and above.
- • Bachelor Degree of Law (LLB) having experiences not later than 5 years (Master Degree of Law or Thai Bar Preferable)
- • Having experiences for drafting and reviewing business contract both Thai and English language
- • Contact to any competent authority
- • Good command in English language
- • Strong analytical, negotiation, problem solving and time management skills
- • Able to work independent and team.
