Responsibilities:
• Lead the Financial Analysis and Planning Division
• Manages financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Creates variance analysis reports and financial models.
• Leads real-time financial performance monitoring.
• Escalates any financial issues to management.
• Completes market research and comparable company analysis.
• Recommends strategies for increasing financial performance.
• Presents detailed monthly financial reports to managers.
• Review and develop regular financial reports and analysis forecasting and trending budget performance.
and institutional financial positioning for CFO, Finance and Leadership team.
• Collaborates with senior members of the accounting and finance team.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Finance and accounting with minimum of 8+ years experiences in Financial Planning and Analysis/
forecasting and variance analysis/ financial reporting and financial systems/ Strategy roles.
• Proven experience in financial modeling, analytical skills, and data gathering skills.
• Experience leading complex workstreams with changeable structures.
• Good presentation and English skills.
• Ability to streamline functions and passion to learn and grow.
• Strong interpersonal skills, including written and oral communication skills.
• Comfort dealing with ambiguity and the ability to work independently.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills; be comfortable interacting with executive-level management.
