- Develop and execute succession planning to build a strong leadership pipeline.
- Oversee and enhance learning roadmaps, incorporating both online and offline training methods.
Talent & Performance Management
- Create and manage talent development strategies to identify and retain high-potential employees.
- Implement career development pathways and provide employees with growth opportunities.
- Develop competency models to align skills with business needs.
Culture & Engagement Initiatives
- Lead projects to strengthen organizational culture and values, ensuring a positive employee experience.
- Support employee engagement initiatives that drive motivation and workplace well-being.
HR Insights & Continuous Improvement
- Measure the effectiveness of HRD programs and refine strategies based on data-drive insights.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously enhance people development initiatives.
- Bachelor's or master's degree in human resources development, organization development or other related fields.
- Minimum 3-5 years of work experience in HRD or related field. (Development Program Design, Competency Management.
- Good command of English and computer skills in MS Office, Canva, Google App.
- Great communicator and strong in interpersonal skills.
- Experience in being MC or a trainer and able to conduct training program is a plus.
- Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.
- Strategic Thinking / Analytical and Critical Thinking.
