- รับข้อมูลการจอง (Booking) จากลูกค้า พร้อมตรวจสอบรายละเอียดให้ถูกต้อง
- ติดต่อประสานงานกับลูกค้าเพื่อให้ข้อมูลที่เกี่ยวข้อง ตอบข้อซักถาม และอัปเดตสถานะต่างๆ ให้กับลูกค้าอย่างต่อเนื่อง
- ติดตามและอัปเดตสถานะการขนส่งสินค้า (On Board) ให้เป็นไปตามกำหนดเวลา
- จัดเตรียมเอกสารที่เกี่ยวข้องและส่งคืนให้กับลูกค้าในเวลาที่กำหนด พร้อมทั้งตรวจสอบความถูกต้องของเอกสาร
- ดำเนินการปิดค่าใช้จ่ายของ Shipping ให้กับแผนกที่เกี่ยวข้อง
**วัน/เวลาในการทำงาน: จันทร์-ศุกร์ 08.30-17.10 น. และ เสาร์เว้นเสาร์ 09.00-12.00น.**
- ชาย / หญิง อายุ 22 ปี ขึ้นไป (เพศชายผ่านเกณฑ์ทหารแล้วเท่านั้น)
- จบการศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรี สาขาการจัดการโลจิสติคส์ / บริหารระหว่างประเทศ / บริหารธุรกิจ หรือสาขาอื่นๆที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- ยินดีรับนักศึกษาจบใหม่ (หากจบในสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง)
- มีความรู้พื้นฐานเบื้องต้นด้าน Freight Forwarder
- สามารถใช้โปรแกรมคอมพิวเตอร์พื้นฐานได้ เช่น Microsoft Office
- มีทักษะการสื่อสารที่ดีทั้งภาษาไทยและภาษาอังกฤษ
