Job Purpose
The Human Resource Management Manager is responsible for overseeing all HRM functions, including manpower planning, recruitment, compensation and benefits, employee relations, rule and regulations, and internal communications. The role aims to build a high-performing workforce, ensure legal compliance, and support organizational growth through strategic HR initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Talent Acquisition & Onboarding
o Develop and implement annual workforce planning aligned with company objectives.
o Oversee the recruitment and selection process to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
o Conduct interviews and coordinate with department heads for hiring decisions.
o Design and manage onboarding programs to enhance new employee experience.
2. Compensation, Benefits & Compliance
o Manage and develop compliance with labor laws & regulations all including benefits and welfare, employee relations and HR administrations.
o Develop and administer fair and competitive compensation structures.
o Ensure payroll processing is accurate and timely.
o Taking care of employees in accordance with regulation for welfare and compensation, working environment etc.
o Monitor labor laws and ensure compliance with government regulations.
3. Employee Engagement & Internal Communication
o Be a part of contact, respond to line managers and employees’ queries on HR policies, processes, and procedures to apply correct HR solutions.
o Control and prepare a register of the company's announcements to be accurate and complete.
o Enhance internal communication strategies to improve collaboration.
o Be a part of employee engagement activities to foster a positive work culture.
o Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure smooth organizational communication.
4. HR Reporting & Strategy
o Prepare HR reports and workforce analytics for management decision-making.
o Oversee HR policy development and ensure alignment with company goals.
o Generate HR reports and assist in projects and activities as assigned.
