- Develop innovative go-to-market strategies for new product categories in Food and Home Care segments.
- Analyze market trends and consumer behavior to identify opportunities for product distribution in GT and MT channels.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align product launches with business objectives.
- Design customized distribution solutions to maximize reach and efficiency for both GT and MT.
- Work closely with the sales team to ensure alignment of solutions with field realities.
- Develop distinct strategies for General Trade and Modern Trade, addressing their unique dynamics.
- Strengthen relationships with key distributors and partners to enhance supply chain effectiveness.
- Act as a liaison between product development, marketing, and sales teams to ensure seamless execution of distribution plans.
- Prepare periodic reports and presentations for senior management, highlighting achievements and challenges.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.
- Minimum 7–10 years of experience in the FMCG sector, with a focus on sales, trade marketing, or distribution strategy.
- Proven track record of developing and implementing successful distribution strategies in GT and MT.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
- Deep understanding of GT and MT dynamics, with experience in the Food and Home Care categories preferred.
- Good command in English (Fluent)

AJEGROUP is a Peruvian company dedicated to the manufacturing and distribution of beverages, with operation across 12 countries in Latin America and Asia, i.e. Peru, Mexico, Costa Rica, Venezuela, Vietnam and Thailand.
AJETHAI has been established in 2006, managing 3 subsidiary companies; AJETHAI for manufacturing finished products, Ayacucho for packaging, and Kola Real Trading for sales and distribution.
The first plant is in Amatanakorn, Chonburi and more are planned to set up in Northeast, South and Upper-Central.
