Non-Core Business Manager
Satit Bilingual School of Rangsit UniversityThe Head of Non-Core Business holds ultimate responsibility for the organisations Non-Core activities and oversees the development and delivery of a fully integrated strategy for the business.
Duties of Non-Core Business:
- Develop and implement revenue-generating opportunities under the Non-Core Business umbrella.
- Formulate and execute marketing strategies to promote Non-Core Business programs and initiatives.
- Evaluate and prioritize business opportunities based on effort-to-reward ratio, focusing on high-impact projects.
- Oversee the marketing strategy, including campaign planning, event coordination, digital marketing, and PR.
- Collaborate with academic and administrative teams to ensure seamless integration of Non-Core activities without disruption to academics.
- Coordinate with the communications team to develop marketing materials and effectively promote Non-Core Business across various media platforms.
- Manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning for all Non-Core Business programs.
- Maintain full Profit & Loss (P&L) responsibility for Non-Core Business, providing monthly P&L reports to the AOI Non-Core Director.
Reports to: COO, AOI Non-Core Director and Head of Schools.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or a related field preferred.
- Experience: Prior experience in business development, marketing, or revenue management within an educational or service-based industry is advantageous.

Work Environment & Expectations
- This role requires a high degree of flexibility, as it involves supporting executive functions and managing revenue-driven initiatives.
- Occasional work outside of regular hours may be necessary to support Non-Core Business programs, events, and executive tasks.
Requirements
- Thai Nationality is preferred
- Communicate English fluently and well*
- Excellent management skills and working with executives
- Strong troubleshooting and critical thinking skills
- Previous working experience in related fields, including supervisory level for 3 years
- Working hour: Mon - Fri, 8.30 - 16.30 hrs. and twice Saturday per year (for school events, Open House, Charity Runs, etc.)
