● Admissions Strategy Development: Develop and implement an overarching admissions strategy for all three SBS schools, ensuring alignment with overall group goals and KPIs for student enrollment.
● Performance Monitoring: Track and report on the progress of student enrollments, working with each school’s admissions team to ensure targets are being met. Identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions as necessary.
● Collaboration with Admissions Teams: Collaborate with the individual school admissions and marketing teams to ensure consistency in messaging, branding, and outreach efforts. Ensure that all teams are equipped with the necessary tools, resources, and training to succeed.
● Lead Generation and Conversion: Work with the marketing team to generate quality leads through targeted campaigns and events. Ensure a smooth and efficient admissions funnel from inquiry to enrollment.
● Customer Relationship Management (CRM): Oversee the use of CRM systems to track leads, applications, and enrollments, ensuring all data is up-to-date and accurate. Provide insights based on CRM data to inform decisions and strategies.
● Reporting and Analysis: Prepare regular reports for the Senior Leadership Team on admissions progress, trends, and forecasts. Analyze data to provide actionable insights for optimizing the admissions process and meeting targets.
● Admissions Events and Activities: Plan and execute admissions-related events, such as open houses, school tours, and information sessions. Ensure events are well-organized and serve to increase student interest and enrollment.
● Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including prospective students, parents, faculty, and external partners. Provide exceptional customer service to prospective families throughout the admissions process.
● Compliance and Policy Adherence: Ensure that all admissions practices are in compliance with local regulations, school policies, and international standards, while maintaining fairness and transparency in the admissions process.
● Experience in an international school will be advantage

The post holder will be responsible for directing and managing all financial aspects for the school. The postholder will be instrumental in the growth of the finance team as the school develops.
We are seeking to appoint a capable and experienced colleague to provide management and delivery of the School’s finance functions and requires a hands on approach in the early years of operation to provide both basic accounting services and more advanced senior level control . A professional, capable of implementing and driving financial strategies in a fast paced and competitive market. Maintaining and promoting financial targets and building SBS Bangkok into the leading bilingual school within the regional market.
The successful candidate will have the capacity to articulate the SBS Bangkok financial ethos in a compelling manner. They will provide a five star service to parents and community stakeholders and be comfortable with customer service and interaction.
Excellent oral and written communication skills, combined with the ability to form and maintain strong relationships, are essential - along with the enthusiasm, energy and a genuine passion for delivery of an outstanding service.
