- May manage the functions of quality assurance, including verification of product quality, development/maintenance of quality procedures and work instructions, and corrective action programs
- Investigates and responds to supplier and customer inquiries or complaints
- Interfaces with quality regulating organizations
- Maintains and support quality programs to include audits
- Provides guidance and keeps employees informed of policies and operational changes
- May administer audits
- May process rejections and witness tests
- Ensure operations are in compliance with applicable laws and regulations and KCE practices for health, safety and environmental protection
- All other related duties as assigned
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field
- 3 years’ Quality Engineering experienced, in Management Level
- 3-5 years’ experience in Quality Management Systems and ISO/TS 16949
- English & Mandarin speaking
