- Create 2D drawing by CATIA from customer 3D model and other customer information.
- Modify 3D model by CATIA from customer 2D drawing and other customer information.
- Register drawing into E-Smart system.
- Review customer drawing and customer data pack to ensure that all requirement is transfer to internal drawing and process.
- Customer data pack control (Customer drawing control).
- Perform Gap Analysis during NPI and when customer have an updated specification revision or requirement. Ensure that the manufacturing process are updated per new requirement.
- Design manufacturing process flow base on drawing requirements.
- Prepare the require Facility/Equipment needed for the New Product Development process for Assembly process. Include provide training to operator during NPI and before transfer to production phase
- Create/Update Engineering BOM and Routing in ERP and transfer to production team.
- Create Routing for REWORK process to production team when required.
- Create master Engineering item into ERP system.
- Create raw material approval process when new raw material required.
- Create/Register/Control manufacturing process flow diagram (PFD), Fixed Process Document (FPD), Manufacturing Sequence Sheet (MSS), and Frozen Operation (FZO) depend on the requirements of each customer.
- Create/Register/Control FMEA with cross functional team when customer required.
- Create/Register/Control Engineering Change Notice (ECN) Control (To ensure that engineering change both internal and external are completely implemented).
- Involve in MRB Disposition process when require.
- Create/Update Forms, Work Instructions, and Procedures that related to Drawing/engineering change/routing/BOM/process flow control, Assembly process (included part marking), and Flex Honing process.
- Drive quality management system to align with “Zero Defect” mentality.
- Diploma/Bachelor or master’s degree in engineering or other related fields.
- Good command in spoken and written English is required.
- Experience of working in Aerospace business is preferred.
- Able to read, interpret and understand engineering drawing, customer specification and requirement, and other specifications.
- Able to use CATIA to create 2D drawing and 3D model.
- Process Design skill with engineering sense
- Proficiency in computer skills in ERP system, Microsoft Suite (MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint), and Google applications).
- Good attitude, teamwork, and always have quality and safety mind.
- Be able to work under pressure.
- Have strong verbal and written communication skills, and work well with diverse groups of people.
- Knowledge of various quality system methodologies 8D, Lean, 5 Why’s, Pareto Analysis, Six Sigma, 8-D, PFEMA, PPAP, etc. is an advantage.
