Amata Corporation Public Company Limited- Greet guests upon arrival and making them feel welcome.
- Manage and greet all guests professionally, monitor and resolve all requests and provide all required information.
- Provide outstanding services and ensure guest satisfaction.
- Serve food and beverage for guests or customers.
- Provide administrative supports as assigned.
- Bachelor's Degree in any related fields.
- Preferably with 1 - 3 years experience in hotel or airline management, or customer services.
- Good personality, service-minded, and excellent interpersonal skills.
- A positive attitude and outgoing personality are essential.
- Ability to communicate effectively in English (TOEIC > 500)
- Additional foreign language capability is preferred
