1.Establish and maintain Safety Health and Environment system to comply with international standard.
2.Provide Safety, Health, and Environment report and contact to regulatory.
3.Training Safety, Health, and Environment supervision and provide knowledge to employees.
4.Attend all staffs and contractors to work in compliance with company safety manual.
5.Ensure that the Contractor Control, Pest Control, Chemical Handling and Waste Management Procedure are in control.
6.Manage, monitor and enhance Occupation Safety, Health & Environmental impact reduction programs / initiatives at the plant level, ensuring alignment with Group SHE programs to maintain consistency in implementation
7.Design and execute site-specific SHE initiatives aligned with the Plant SHE improvement roadmap
8.Implement Plant SHE policies and ensure on-time and on-target delivery of initiatives according to Group SHE roadmap
9.Community complaints management and Environment Impact Reduction initiative implementation
10.Other assigned by CEO.
- Bachelor's degree in Occupational Safety and Health or a related field preferred.
- 3-5 years experience as a Safety Supervisor or in a related safety role, preferably in the specific industry.
- Relevant safety certifications are highly desirable.
- Can working base on Soi thonlor 23
- Good English communication skill
