Import/Shipment:
- Coordinate with Custom broker, Shipping agent and Freight forwarder.
- To proceed Alcohol Import licenses/Label approval/Alcohol selling license with excises
- Follow up documents for all shipments and submit to excise.
- Coordinate with custom broker to calculate withdraw tax.
- Coordinate with warehouse/custom broker for unloading import cargo and follow up all monthly report from Bonded Warehouse.
Excise/Tax:
- Follow up all invoices from Custom Broker, Shipping Agent, Freight forwarder, Bonded warehouse to input in accounting software.
- Manage and arrange back label/Tax stamps of all products by appearing at Bonded Warehouse to avoid mistake.
Stock/Warehouse:
- Weekly reporting products withdraw from bonded warehouse and products out of stock to Excise.
- Weekly reporting products withdraw from bonded warehouse and products out of stock to MD.
- Input and calculate product cost into accounting software.
Other Tasks:
- To performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.
- Follow company policies and regulations, and all implemented.
- Previous experience as an Import Officer or Administration.
- Has strong administrative skills and is very organised.
- Outgoing and friendly, and commercially aware.
- Good numeric skills.
- Must be familiar with computer software programs eg Microsoft Office, Excel.
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Accounting or similar
- Minimum 3-4 years of experience in managing international logistics flows and account payable.
- documents, or any other relevant experience in an administrative role
- Good command in written and verbal communication in English is a plus.
- Planning & Organizational skills.
- Salary: 25,000 - 30,000
