- วางแผนกลยุทธ์ในด้านการขายพื้นที่ในศูนย์การค้า-ภาคตะวันออกเฉียงเหนือ กับสาขาที่รับผิดชอบ
- ควบคุม ดูแล และส่งเสริมภาพลักษณ์พื้นที่ Retail ทั้งทางด้านการขาย และงานการหารายได้
- วางแผนบริหารพื้นที่ เพื่อหารายได้ และดูแล ควบคุมการขายเพื่อให้บรรลุเป้าหมาย
- สรรหาแบรนด์ใหม่ที่มีศักยภาพ เพื่อสร้างรายได้ และภาพลักษณ์ที่ดี เป็นไปอย่างมีประสิทธิภาพและเกิดประโยชน์สูงสุดต่อศูนย์การค้า
- วิเคราะห์คู่แข่ง และสถานการณ์ทางการตลาด /นำเทรนด์ทันสถานการณ์
คุณสมบัติ
- ไม่จำกัดเพศ อายุไม่เกิน 40 ปี
- วุฒิปริญญาตรี ขึ้นไป สาขาการตลาด หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- มีประสบการณ์ด้านธุรกิจ Retail อย่างน้อย 2ปี
- มีความรู้เรื่องแบรนด์สินค้า ร้านค้า และแฟรนไชส์ที่หลากหลาย
- มีความทันสมัย ชอบอัพเดทและรู้กระแสของแฟชั่นในแต่ละ Category
- มีทักษะการนำเสนอ /เจรจาต่อรอง /ประสานงานได้เป็นอย่างดี
- มีความคล่องตัวสูง /มีไหวพริบ / มีความสามาถในด้านการขาย
- สามารถทำงานภายใต้ความกดดันสูงได้ดี
- สามารถเดินทางปฏิบัติงานต่างจังหวัดได้
- มีทักษะการใช้ MS Office ได้ในระดับดี
