Responsibilities
Experience in Cosmetics Packaging only
• Packaging Development.
• To take care of all new product development packaging requirements
•Design and implement an effective sourcing packaging strategy to reduce costs of products and manage all sourcing processes.
• To liaise with international packaging suppliers for new packaging sourcing and packaging development in order to meet customers’ product requirements
• To manage and control each packaging project timeline, to achieve the projects’ deadline
• Coordinate with vendors on all prices of products and recommend ways to reduce costs of components and finished products and prepare non disclosure agreement for various sources.
• Collaborate with marketing team and initiate appropriate changes to engineering team and manage all research and development process.
• Manage all communication with global sourcing team and identify all standardized amterials.
• Administer all commodity sourcing activities and coordinate with sourcing team to consolidate processes and select appropriate materials.
• Analyze customer requirements and prepare appropriate contracts and negotiate for all purchase materials.
• Prepares a cost analysis on the development of a new product

Requirements
• Bachelor or Master’s Degree in Packaging Technology or Material Science, Polymer.
• Thai Nationality Age 25- 35 years.
• At least 2 years working experience in packaging development and sourcing packaging expecially cosmetics packaging, skincare packaging, consumer packaging
• Strong working knowledge of packaging design & manufacturing.
• Strong in project management
• Excellent communication of English and Computer skills (MSOffice applications)
• Experienced in Cosmetic Business, packaging business or related business
