Basic Requirements

Full Time

Responsibilities

• Tracking and Confirm sales order from distributors and related person

• Check the amount of inventories in each category. Coordinate with related departments in order to produce and deliver products.

• Handle on Product Claiming Process

• Create weekly/monthly/annually sales report

• Related assignment

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economic or other related fields.

• 1-3 year experience in sales support / sales coordinator and related fields

• New graduates with potential will be considered

• Microsoft Office is a must (Power Point, Excel:Vlookup/Sumif/Pivot table, etc.)

• Communication and Coordination skill

• Good report and document management skills, including good data analysis
