- จัดทำ ลงทะเบียน แจกจ่าย เอกสารและบันทึกที่เกี่ยวข้องกับระบบการจัดการ ISO และระบบการจัดการอื่นๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้องทั้งหมด (ISO9001, ISO14001, GMP/HACCP, Halal, PSM)
- จัดทำแผนการตรวจติดตาม ทำการตรวจติดตาม และสรุปผลการตรวจติดตามภายใน รวมถึงการออก CAR และติดตาม CAR ที่เกิดขึ้นของระบบการจัดการ ISO และระบบการจัดการที่เกี่ยวข้องทั้งหมด
- จัดทำทะเบียน ติดตามผลและสรุปข้อมูล CAR ,NCR และ Complain ที่เกิดขึ้นในระบบการจัดการทั้งหมด
- แจ้งกำหนดการ รวบรวมข้อมูล และจัดทำสรุปรายงานการประชุม
- ประเมิน/เตรียมพร้อมข้อมูลและกระบวนการ ร่วมกับหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้อง เพื่อขอการรับรองระบบใหม่และงานที่ผู้บังคับบัญชามอบหมาย
- ปริญญาตรี สาขาอาชีวอนามัย และหรือ สาขาอื่นๆที่เทียบเท่า
- 2 ปีขึ้นไป ในงานบริหารจัดการคุณภาพ
- เป็นเจ้าหน้าที่ความปลอดภัยวิชาชีพ
- ทักษะในการใช้คอมพิวเตอร์ (MS Office, Internet, E-Mail)
- มีความรู้ในระบบการจัดการ ISO 9001, ISO 14001,GMP,HALAL,PSM
- ทักษะการควบคุมเอกสาร
- ความเข้าในใจระบบและขั้นตอนการทำงาน
- ทักษะการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล
- จิตสำนึกด้านความปลอดภัย
- จิตสำนึกด้านสิ่งแวดล้อม
