QA Admin (Contract1Y at Rayong)

Document Control –Maintain and update quality documents, records, and SOPs to ensure compliance.

Quality Reporting – Prepare and manage quality reports, NCRs, CAPA, and audit documentation.

Product Return Process – Handle product returns, ensuring proper documentation and issue resolution.

Calibration & Equipment Control – Monitor calibration schedules and maintain equipment compliance records.

Coordination & Communication – Liaise with internal teams, suppliers, and regulatory bodies for QA matters.

General QA Support – Assist in training, audits, and quality improvement initiatives.

• Age preferably 20-25 year.
• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in a QA/QC or administrative role within a manufacturing, engineering, or related industry.  
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage and maintain documentation systematically.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Basic knowledge of quality management systems (ISO 9001 or similar).
• Good communication skills in English and Thai.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
