Production Planning Staff
Thai Honda Co., Ltd.- Plan and manage workforce allocation within the production line to align with production targets and capacity planning.
- Analyze and assign manpower based on employee skills to enhance efficiency and reduce labor costs.
- Monitor and control workforce levels in the production line to ensure alignment with the approved structure.
- Develop employee training and development plans in collaboration with the HR department to improve skills and work efficiency.
- Collaborate with production and engineering teams to optimize labor utilization, reduce waste, and support new production plans.
- Plan and manage workforce adjustments during production transitions, such as new model launches or production line modifications.
- Identify and resolve workforce-related issues in the production line, including labor shortages and performance inefficiencies.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Industrial Engineering, Production Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field.
- 2-5 years of experience in workforce planning, production management, or related functions in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to evaluate workforce efficiency and develop improvement strategies.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and workforce planning software (e.g., Excel, Power BI, ERP systems)
- Strong communication and teamwork skills to collaborate with multiple departments.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment, ensuring alignment between manpower planning and production targets.
