Basic Duty & Responsibilities
Finance and Accounting Duties:
1. Oversee day-to-day finance and accounting transactions, ensuring accuracy and efficiency below.
1.1. AR master management and credit review per internal control standard.
1.2. Collection process to ensure DSO is on target.
1.3. Stock control process to ensure cost and physical correct.
1.4. Fixed asset management and annual physical.
1.5. Costing control transaction
2. Ensure product cost accuracy from import cost and related activities.
3. Work with Engineering team to ensure all project management align with budget and deliver to customer on time.
4. Prepare monthly and yearly financial statements and reports.
5. Support budgeting and forecasting processes.
6. Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
7. Proactively improve systems and procedures and initiate corrective actions where necessary.
8. Coordinate with internal/external auditors and the Revenue Department.
9. Handle other ad-hoc assignments as needed.
Other Duties and Responsibilities
1. Member of ISO team to ensure we are following ISO standard.
2. To perform any special projects or tasks as may be assigned from Finance and Admin Manager
Skills / Certification
• Bachelor's Degree or above in Accounting.
• Minimum 5 years in accounting; experience in trading companies or audit firms is a plus
• Knowledge of project cost management.
• Solid understanding of accounting principles, tax compliance, and financial reporting.
• Able to use ERP and transfer pricing experience is preferred.
• Good English communication
• Highly organized, with a commitment to accuracy and attention to detail.
• Analytical, proactive, and solution-oriented mindset.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Knowledge ISO 9001:2015 & 14001:2015 will be advantage.
• Leadership skill
• Able to handle with stressful situation, ad hoc works and meet deadlines.
• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written and with the ability to communicate and reason with people from diverse backgrounds.
• Good organisation and analytical abilities are needed.
