Hr Payroll Officer
Bangkok Cable Co., Ltd.- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for employees at the bachelor’s degree level or higher.
- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and ensure timely placements.
- Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment metrics.
- Oversee the monthly payroll process for employees at the Chachoengsao factory.
- Ensure accuracy in salary calculations, tax deductions, and statutory contributions.
- Handle time attendance systems to ensure proper record-keeping and reporting.
- Administer provident fund enrollments, withdrawals, and updates in compliance with company policies and regulations.
- Act as a point of contact for employees regarding provident fund-related queries.
- Prepare and submit required reports for statutory compliance (e.g., social security, personal income tax).
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to resolve payroll discrepancies.
- Support audits and inspections related to payroll and benefits.
- Age preferably 25-35 years
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields.
- Proven experience in recruitment and payroll management, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
- Proficiency in payroll software and time attendance systems.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws and provident fund regulations.
