Responsibilities

We are seeking an experienced Key Account Manager to develop and maintain strategic relationships with our key dealers. The successful candidate will drive account growth, ensure client satisfaction, and align account strategies with company objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Account Management: Develop, manage, and expand key retail account relationships whilst acting as the primary point of contact, ensuring client satisfaction and alignment with corporate objectives.
  • Market Analysis and Strategy: Conduct inventory and market price evaluations to formulate data-driven product placement strategies, optimising budget allocation for maximum ROI.
  • Performance Monitoring and Optimisation: Monitor key performance metrics, develop contingency plans, and continuously refine strategies to mitigate risks and capitalise on opportunities.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Foster partnerships across departments to drive operational excellence, ensuring seamless execution of account strategies and initiatives.
  • Reporting and Stakeholder Management: Prepare and deliver comprehensive performance reports to internal stakeholders, providing actionable insights and recommendations for business growth.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
  • Proven track record in B2B sales with standardised processes
  • Strategic thinking and analytical skills
  • Excellent negotiation and presentation abilities
  • Experience in automotive business and e-commerce (preferred)
  • Proficiency in digital advertising optimisation
  • Strong understanding of online business and digital marketing
  • Experience with Sales CRM systems
  • Fluency in written and spoken English (advantageous)
