- Creating and implementing marketing strategies that align with the brand's overall goals
- Creating and promoting Blu-O branding
- Overseeing marketing campaigns to ensure they are completed on time and meet goals
- Working with operation, marketing, sales & other teams including external team to ensure cohesive brand messaging and smooth coordination
- Analyzing market trends Using tools and other methods to analyze market trends and consumer behavior
- Budget Control Oversee & Control Budget for marketing activity according to company’s policy and report to supervisor
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in marketing, with a minimum of 2 years in a managerial role.
- Strong knowledge of marketing strategies, data analysis, and digital marketing tools.
- Excellent team management and cross-functional coordination skills.
- Creative thinking and strong problem-solving abilities.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and marketing analytics tools.
