DEPARTMENT: Regulatory Affairs
REPORT TO: Manager - Regulatory Affairs
Responsibilities and Authorities:
- Responsible for the regulatory compliance of the company’s products and licenses
- Keeping abreast with local legislation, guidelines and customer practices
- Reviewing company practices and advising on regulatory requirements
- Prepares and/or reviews regulatory documentation
- Collecting understanding and evaluating wide range of complex information
- Organizing and ensure timely renewal of product registrations and licenses
- Specifying storage, labeling and packaging requirements
- Liaising closely, build and maintain rapport with the regulatory authorities
- Any other duties assigned by the immediate superior from time to time
- A degree or Diploma in chemistry, science or agricultural related field
- Experience : Minimum 2 years experience in product registration or fresh graduate
- Skills : Work independently, good analytical skills and careful in product submission to Pesticide Board
