Sales & Marketing Manager (Baba Beach Club Natai Luxury Pool Villa Hotel by Sri panwa)

• Develop and implement comprehensive sales and marketing strategies to drive revenue and increase brand visibility.
• Identify and establish relationships with key corporate clients, travel agents, and business partners.
• Plan and execute local and international marketing campaigns and promotions to attract new guests.
• Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify new opportunities and adjust strategies.
• Oversee the hotel’s social media presence and digital marketing efforts, ensuring alignment with brand standards.
• Plan and coordinate participation in events, trade shows, and community engagement to promote the hotel.
• Work closely with the operations team to ensure guest experiences reflect the hotel's brand identity and marketing efforts.
• Prepare and present monthly, quarterly, and annual reports on sales and marketing performance to senior management.

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• At least 3-5 years of experience in sales and marketing, ideally within the hospitality industry.
• Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools, social media platforms, and content creation.
• Proven ability to develop and implement successful sales strategies.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical abilities, with the capacity to evaluate market data and trends.
• Familiarity with the local market in Phang Nga and surrounding areas is a plus.
• Proficiency in English (spoken and written). Knowledge of Thai is an advantage.
