Training And Development Officer

• Identify staff training and development needs for planning, organizing, and overseeing appropriate training
• Prepare and update training material, conduct training classes, and evaluate participants.
• Plan and execute induction sessions & onboarding activities to build desirable people experiences for new employees
• Manage and send the document to Development of Skills Development to comply with the Thai Law

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organization Development, or other relevant fields
• At least 2 years of experience in related field
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Profound knowledge of Microsoft Officer and design program
