- Identify staff training and development needs for planning, organizing, and overseeing appropriate training
- Prepare and update training material, conduct training classes, and evaluate participants.
- Plan and execute induction sessions & onboarding activities to build desirable people experiences for new employees
- Manage and send the document to Development of Skills Development to comply with the Thai Law
