Maintenance Engineer

งานวิศวกรไฟฟ้า//อิเล็กทรอนิกส์ และ งานวิศวกรซ่อมบำรุง (เครื่องจักร) --- **รับทั้ง 2 ตำแหน่ง **

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบหลัก : ดำเนินการบำรุงรักษาเชิงป้องกัน วางแผนงานกำหนดระยะเวลาในการเปลี่ยนชิ้นส่วนอะไหล่ ควบคุมและประเมินประสิทธิภาพอะไหล่เครื่องจักรและระบบไฟฟ้า เพื่อลดโอกาสการชำรุดเสียหายและลดงานบำรุงรักษา เพื่อให้เครื่องมือใช้ทำงานได้อย่างมีประสิทธิผล (Effectiveness) 

• Responsible for the machines to be ready for daily production and helping the production line meet the daily working target, especially OEE.
• Plan a preventive maintenance program for machinery in the factory.
• Reduce the problem of machine downtime.
• Maintenance process and spare part management
• Prepare documents for the team to support various systems and audits.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering/Electronics/Mechatronic/Mechanical or related fields
• 1-2 years of experience in machinery in packaging industries. (will be advantage)
• PLC programming (Siemens be advantages)
• Knowledge Electrical/Electronic sensor/transducer
• Readable datasheet/manual of electronics/electrical devices and apply to achieve the task
• Knowledge of pneumatic and hydraulic
• Experience in measuring instruments (e.g. multimeter, oscilloscope) to search and isolate hardware problems independently.
• TPM, Predictive maintenance and process readiness
• Troubleshooting and analysis skill.
• Basic knowledge of GMP, HACCP, Process improvement, Project improvement, Maintenance machine in food process.
