Hr Manager (Pattana Sports Resort @Si Racha, Chonburi)
Real Asset Development Co.,Ltd.- Implement and maintain all Human Resources Policies and Procedures in line with Pattana Golf Club & Resort philosophies and all relevant legal requirements.
- Ensure effectiveness of day to day running of the Human Resources Department by ensuring administration and people development systems, company policies and procedures are followed whilst maintaining a high degree of associate satisfaction and ensure to provide the appropriate services to all employees in Pattana Sport Club & Resort and affilate companies.
- Recruitment and interview of department head level
- Administer employment documents
- Monitor and maintain effective probation and annual appraisal system
- Administer and control of employee movement
- Administer payroll and reports
- Monitor the manning guide, HR budget
- Administer and monitor employee benefits and compensation
- Monitor labour requirement updates and licenses
- Commence internal communications among all staffs
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field.
- Proven experience of at least 10 years in HR management roles, with a strong understanding of all HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, compensation and benefits, and HR compliance.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and develop HR policies and procedures in alignment with organizational goals and legal requirements.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with employees at all levels of the organization.
- Strong leadership and decision-making skills, with the ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- Proficiency in HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems) and other HR-related software applications.Thorough knowledge of employment laws and regulations.Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
