Service Orders Coordinator

Manage service orders and related data entry in the company management software. Coordinate field activities (Preventive maintenance, start-ups, service tickets, etc.).
Key Responsibilities
- Coordination, scheduling and tracking of field activities on a weekly basis.
- Attend meetings in order to ensure a smooth execution of the field activities.
- Report to his/her supervisor the status of the activities on a weekly basis or when it's required whichever comes first.
- Providing administrative support, such as filing, data entry, and service order management.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
- Fresh Graduate or a few years of experience.
- Experience in the customer service field, service coordinator and general office administration in a multinational work environment will be a plus.
- Excellent Command of English is required.
- At ease using complex software in Windows environment, Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, and Excel), especially ERP programs.
- Strong administrative, communication and coordination skills.
- Proactive mindset and fast learner.
Work Schedule: 08.30 - 17.30 hrs.
Location: TFD Industrial Estate, Bangpakong, Chachoengsao
Company: International manufacturing (machinery).
