Responsible for HR all Funtion including
- Recruiting and hiring management
- Wage, salary and welfare management
- Training and development management
- Labor relations As well as the work of building relationships with various external organizations
- Etc.
• Bachelor or Master of Political Sciences, Law, Social Sciences, Human Resources Management, or related filed
• At least 5 years experience in HR all functions in Manufacturing field (Management level)
• Familiar with labor union would be advantage
• Good interpersonal & good presentation skills
• Good command of English
• Computer literacy
• Able to work under pressure
• Able to work on Saturday (เสาร์เว้นเสาร์)
