- Support superior and do Kaizen/Top Follow activities with TB Plant to improve PEFF Score and cost reduction.
- Teach basic TPS Course for new employee and TPS Practical Course by oneself
- Promote and teach Kaizen Matrix to all TB Plants
- Support superior to prepare for new project activity to smoothly launch with less defect, high efficiency and short lead time
- Join SPTT Activity by audit Supplier Rank A to pass evaluation without quality and delivery issues
- Improve self-knowledge to achieve expected level

Age 24 - 26
Bachelor's degree of Engineering especially Industrial Engineering, Production Engineering, or Related Field.
Required TOEIC score at least 600
Japanese Language is preferable
