Responsibilities

รายละเอียดงาน

-จัดทำการสำรวจหาผ้ขายสินค้ารายใหม่ เพื่อให้ได้มาซึ้งผู้ขายสินค้าที่เป็นไปตามมาตรฐานด้านงานวิศวกรรมที่แผนกต้องการ

-ติดต่อประสานงานระหว่างผู้ขายสินค้า และ องค์กร ตรวจ สอบสเปคสินค้า ฟังก์ชั่น เพื่อให้ได้สินค้าที่มีคุณภาพ เหมาะสมทางด้านราคาและตรงตามความต้องการของผู้ใช้

-ควบคุมเอกสารการสั่งซื้อ ให้ตรงตามเงื่อนไข และข้อกำหนดด้านวิศวกรรม เพื่อให้เป็นไปตามนโยบายของบริษัท

-ควบคุมและติดตามการจัดส่งสินค้า ทั้งภายในและต่างประเทศ เพื่อให้ได้สินค้าภายในเวลาที่ต้องการ

-ตรวจสอบความถูกต้องของสินค้ากับใบแจ้งราคาสินค้าจากผู้ขาย เพื่อส่งต่อไปยังผู้สั่งสินค้าและแผนกบัญชี

-ตรวจสอบสัญญาการจัดซื้อ จัดจ้าง ให้เป็นไปตามสัญญา จนเสร็จสิ้นโครงการ เพื่อให้เป็นไปตามเงื่อนไขการจัดซื้อ และข้อกฏหมายที่กำหนด

-ควบคุมและเปรียบราคาและต่อรองราคา หรือ อื่นๆ ที่มอบหมาย เพื่อให้เกิดผลสำเร็จของงานที่ได้รับมอบหมาย

Requirements

คุณสมบัติ

-วุฒิการศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรีด้านวิศวกรรมศาสตร์ หรือ สาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง

-เกรดเฉลี่ย 2.50 ขึ้นไป

-มีประสบการณ์ด้านการจัดซื้อ 2-4 ปี

-มีทักษะด้าน Microsoft office และภาษาอังกฤษ
