HR Operations Officer - Transportation Business
Witcorp Products Ltd.- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in HR operations, preferably in the transportation or logistics industry.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws, HR policies, and transportation industry regulations.
- Proficiency in HR software and management systems
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Problem-solving ability and a proactive approach to addressing employee needs.
- Knowledge of safety regulations and compliance within the transportation industry.
Working Conditions:
- Full-time, on-site position (Monday to Friday, and (Half-Day Saturday and Work 2 Saturdays per month)).
