We are looking for an experienced HR Operations Officer to join our team in the Transportation industry. This role will be responsible for overseeing and managing all human resource operations related to recruitment, employee relations, compliance, payroll, training, performance management, and general Affairs within our transportation business. The ideal candidate will ensure the smooth functioning of HR processes, promote a positive workplace culture, and support the organization in achieving its strategic goals.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in HR operations, preferably in the transportation or logistics industry.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws, HR policies, and transportation industry regulations.
- Knowledge of safety regulations and compliance within the transportation industry.
Working Conditions:
- Full-time, on-site position (Monday to Friday, and (Half-Day Saturday and Work 2 Saturdays per month)).
- Occasional overtime to manage HR needs during peak times or special projects.
