Griffith Foods Limited- Task and Responsibilities
- Support English language business call.
- Manage mails and courier services (such as EMS)
- Perform all-round admins/secretarial duties including managing day-to-day correspondence, scheduling appointments, inter office correspondence, managing on office equipment, making travel arrangement for employees’ trips, materials preparation, managing food seller and related vendors, documentation and filing
- Manage welfare & benefit programs/document such as employee transportation management, annual checkup.
- Welcoming and looking after visitors. Including the need to create a good image, reliability and respect for the people in the organization.
- Co-ordinate the daily operation with all divisions.
- Project coordinating as requested by cross functional head.
- This position will direct report to Office Admin Manager and dotted line to HRBP Plant.
- Any other duties as assigned.
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing or related field.
- Disabilities person would be preferred and welcome.
- At least 2 years experienced in administration work processes in manufacturing environment.
- Good computer literacy, speed and accuracy essential. (MS Office, Excel, PowerPoint, social media, Canva, etc.)
- Good written and oral communication skills in English
- Flexible and mature approach with ability to work unsupervised
