Customer Quality Senior Engineer (CQE)
Magnecomp Precision Technology Public Company Limited- Prepare customer weekly/daily report.
- Prepare and support customer visit and audit.
- Serve customer and plant in order to improve all aspects of customer relations (including, but not limited to any change requests)
- Control process change relate to customer (internal ECO or PCR)
- Follow up the root cause of corrective action of customer issue.
- Drive outgoing LAR improvement and DPPM reduction.
- Participate in team visits to customer as necessary.
- Conduct/Participate in regularly scheduled meetings with factory.
- Ensure quality level of product to achieve customer requirements by communicate and coordinate with MPT Internal department.
- Design or coordinate necessary evaluations to eliminate causes of defect or improvement which reported or requested by Customer.
- All report concerning to customer quality issue. (Supporting SPR presentation, Quality initiatives, Shipment report, and/or Operation meeting)
- Performs a special project as direct superior assigned.
- Good command in English (both written & speaking)
- Computer skill Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), Minitab
- Good problem solving and statistical analysis skills
- Six Sigma (Not required, but advantage)
