JOB SUMMARY:
Work using electrical skill, analog circuit design for suspension product, analysis and develop electrical performance of circuit design to meet customer specification/requirements.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Perform circuit design using autocad/solid work for drafting, model.
- Perform product analysis for electrical performance by using finite element analysis tools and provide report.
- Work with mechanical design engineer on circuit design and/or DFM with internal team and supplier.
- Assist problem solving activities of production related to electrical product performance.
- Attend new product and technical engineering problem solving meetings perform failure analysis on failure HGA, HSA and provide report.
Education Required: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering.
Skill Required:
- Knowledge in electrical and electronic theory.
- Knowledge in suspension and HDD characteristic.
- Knowledge in 2D, 3D AutoCAD, Solid Work.
- Knowledge in Electrical Finite Element Analysis (FEA)
- Knowledge in GD&T and Tolerance Stack up Analysis.
- Knowledge in Statistical.
Experience: 5-8 years minimum.
