The establishment of Gems Gallery - the world’s biggest jewelry and gems centre situated in four major cities; Bangkok, Chiangmai, Phuket and Pattaya - was inspired by Thailand's position as a major global gems and jewelry dealer as well as cutting centre.

By using Mercedes Benz S class limousines and Toyota minivans, we provide private and group transportation services. We also share our knowledge of precious stones through our hi-tech “Slide Multivision” shows and “Dark Ride” presentation system (only at our Phuket and Pattaya branch). We have more than 2,000 staff on hand, proficient in 17 languages and all knowledgeable in gems and jewellery, happy to provide any assistance you may require.

We are proud to be the first and only establishment in Thailand to issue a price and quality life-time guarantee certificate for every piece of jewellery purchased in our stores. Gems Gallery is also the first jewellery factory/store in Thailand that has received the international ISO 9002 and ISO 9001: 2008 certification.
