Responsibilities

Job Summary:

Drive business growth by identifying and developing sales opportunities in the Automotive & EV sector. Build strong customer relationships, collaborate with internal teams for innovative solutions, and achieve sales targets to support the company’s strategic goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify, qualify, and secure new business opportunities in the Automotive & EV industry.

Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts and decision-makers.

Deliver product presentations, technical demonstrations, and customized solutions.

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer experiences.

Conduct market research and analyze trends to guide sales strategies.

Prepare sales forecasts, generate reports, and meet or exceed sales KPIs.

Develop technical proposals, pricing models, and coordinate project concepts.

Requirements

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in a related field.

3-5+ years of sales experience in the Automotive industry with a proven track record in new business development.

Strong technical understanding of factory automation products and solutions.

TOEIC score of 650+.

Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

Self-motivated, results-driven, and capable of working independently.
